Renate Mikolajczyk

Her first contacts with the material enamel were in 1965, from that point she developed her artistic activity as an autodidact.

This was followed by continuous further training in seminars with recognized German and international enamel artists and lecturers of the CKI. As examples, of course without claim to completeness, there are some examples:

  • Gertrud Rittmann-Fischer, Germany
  • Michéle and Dominique Gilbert, France
  • Alexander Karikh, Russia
  • Tatjana and Sergej Kolechko, Ukraine
  • Prof. Akiko Miura, Japan
  • Gabor Somogyi, Hungary
  • Prof. Orlando Sparaventi, Italy
  • Prof. Andreu Vilasis, Spain
  • Jean Zamora, France
  • Prof. Boris and Svetlana Ponomarenko, Russia

Her aworks are showed in numerous solo exhibitions and by participating in collective exhibitions at home and abroad, in permanent exhibitions in various galleries and participation in charity events.

In addition, the enamel museums in St. Petersburg and Yaroslavl as well as the “Ritter von Böhl” foundation in Deidesheim present some of my artworks.

For almost 50 years now, her enamel works are designed with great enthusiasm: Jewelry, book plaques, vessels and pictures with themes from sacral and profane areas.
