In January 2024, our member Andrea Wagner passed away unexpectedly.
She discovered her creativity in recent years in very different ways, especially in enameling, goldsmithing, wood printing and pottery. Silk painting and batik work were also part of her art program many years ago. She had her first experience with enamel art 3-4 years ago and was immediately impressed by how this art can be realized through a variety of approaches, producing amazing results. She was particularly fascinated by working with an open flame, as the result is visible and changeable to some extent.
She has been involved in the CKI as treasurer since October 2023.
